Ingredients

Whey protein, skimmed milk powder, malt extract, cocoa powder, high-oleic sunflower oil, FOS, MCT, DHA from algal oil, Shatavari extract, complete vitamin & mineral premix.

Direction for Use

1. Add 4 heaped teaspoons (25g) of powder to 200ml of warm or cold milk
2. Stir well until completely mixed
3. Consume immediately after preparation
